Kankuro from Naruto. Simple idle animation. It has eighteen colors, two or three of which I could ditch later. I plan to do a whole moveset+ his puppets. How is it?

Nope, dither doesn't work.
Overall its too static. His legs, and maybe the puppet thing should move as well.

It kinda looks like his chest is teleporting. I'm guessing that's not the effect you were going for.

Oh, that. It was supposed to be a motion blur, but since it only moved one pixel up, I tired a dither. Doesn't work?

That's not what I meant.

There seems to be this weird dither frame on everything including the medal. It's only because the medal seem to break apart in that one frame that I noticed it.
