Hmm, doesn't look like you spent too much time on it.

The head looks like a hat, and he's not too scary.

I actually like this idea and though I didn't vote for it, I think that it could be really good, though needs more work and so on.

i doubt you really picked the colors. more like they were just there.

Frankly speaking, not only the colors are annoying... The character is very strange either.

Why on earth would you try an RGB palette?
The challenge allows plenty of colors, I say use them.  PB has a point about the deadline as well, this could use some extra time spent on it.

you know, I really think you should give the palette and design a bit more thought. You do have until Sunday at midnight PST to finish it you know.

Also, your black dithering seems completely pointless and a waste of your effort.

The only reason this wouldn't be accepted for the challenge is because it isn't part of a scene or photograph. (IE. It has no background.)

I'd say it's close enough. It's got the big arms, 3 horns, and 3 fingers per hand. It's not really my decision though...
I'm not a big fan of the palette. It doesn't really work the way you used it. I like the face, though, it's quality!

I'm sorry, it doesn't fit with the challenge rules. :(
