yeah I'm thinking bout making different versions of some kind of mushroom houses, of course this is a normal toadstool house.

Bro, almost everyone uses MSPaint.

A short rule in Pixel Art is, "If it can't be done in MSPaint, it's not Pixel Art"

I personally use MSPaint, so that's not an excuse. If you didn't understand any of the terms I used, you could have just asked. Using MSPaint as an excuse man. :)

The aa is not working on a dark background.
It's usually a bad idea to aa to transparency, since you don't know what the background is going to be.

Also needs more contrast. You're shading is alright, but the reds especially need more contrast.
