Can you tell me the time that passed between the pieces? Just so I can gauge just how much you've improved.

 

Practice more, and remember that highlights don't just belong at the edges of an object. Outlines within can also be replaced by shading instead.

However, the improvement is such that it proudly belongs in your gallery.

For anatomy - www.posemaniacs.com is very helpful. Tutorials are fairly useless IMO, the best thing you can do is just observe people and practice sketching.

In terms of colourblindness, I don't believe you really need to worry as much as you think you do, there are a lot of people with perfect colour vision who are terrible at picking and understanding colour. I think you should try playing around with hue shifting and experimenting with colours, anyway. Exploring colour is really important and can give your images more depth and life.

Well, I must say, color is my problem, since I'm daltonian.
I always think about using different tones to make the shading of totally different colors, like using purple to shade red, but It just doesn't ends well XD

Also, I must take some time to study anatomy. Do you have any hints/tutorials?

Great improvement. Even though it's a vast improvement on the old one, I wouldn't consider it done just yet. There are still a lot of things that need improvement. I made an edit (8 colours). Try to play around with colours a bit more and think about adding some AA. Also there are still a lot of anatomy issues I didn't address in my edit.
