Oooooh cool I would play it. I'd name the knight Sir Bonkers and I would give him an axe if that was an option.
ya I wanted to do mountains and desert but fitting mountains, desert, grass, trees, bushes, and water into 1 screen would have just been too overcrowded, though I might make the mountain and desert tiles and put together another mock up. I wanted the image to be overall simple and easily readable (hence the lack of texture on the grass).
a bit plain, maybe if there were more elements like hills, some grass xD or desert lands it would look more juicy :] also the "shore" could use some work and the trees and bushes seem a bit out of style, I dunno.
but overall it's nice, and the font is quite perfect ;)
This has inpspired me to make one of those old school games that I once played on an emulator some years ago.
So yeah, awesome! And a fav from me dude.
