Yeah Final Fantasy was and still is my greatest inspiration ( i mean the 2d games of course) i don't know if any of ya'll play those games, but there's something interesting to note: the re-made portrait graphics for the GBA version of FFIV are FAAAAR superior to the ones on the 3d DS version of FFIV. GBA FFIV have probably the greatest low res faces i've ever seen. Thanks for the input everyone! I hope to increase my pixskillz

I was so sure that those were meant to be FF characters when I saw the preview :S Nice job on them though. I like especially top left and the one in the middle.

I've thought about Final Fantasy too. Some of them are very similar to those from FF6.

I agree with Shawn; I can see some FF style in there. They look very nice, though some look more detailed than the rest (like the top right).
