It reminds me of African woman more than Ukrainian but art is great.
Some parts seem over-AA'd, specially the shoulders. Diggin' it otherwise
Great pixel work! I'm afraid you lost her somewhere though.
The mouth was really hers in the first half of the wip.
I like how you blended the baby blue into her skin and hair tones. Very smooth transition. Just wish it were a bit bigger, to get that full cariacture effect.
