Wow, you made something really beautiful using such little colors and such strong colors.
Thanks again for comments and tips, i'll try that offset by one next time I do a limited pallette piece DawnBringer.
Nice experiment. But perhaps it should be clarified that Red, Yellow and Blue are pigment primaries, not the Additive primary colors (RGB) that applies to a computer monitor. (These colors are great for this motif though :) )
And a small dither tip: The "square pattern" look better if every 2nd line is offset one pixel, esp. when mixing an even number of colors.
Nice one. The blue and purple tones on the flower really bring out the richness of the butterfly wings.
Out of curiosity, did you draw it on a LCD or CRT ? I am using CRT and it looks good, but I wonder if display on LCD will give very different result.
So beautiful and I do catch myself thinking that you just used only 4 F#@
