You are a PixelGod! xD
I tried to make water like this but... it didn't work for me :/
well,I like this pic,but one thing bugs me... that bright green color on the mountain - it looks like they were fighting with aliens there xD

Sweet job,but for me you blew one thing big...the cold dark blue sea a lonely ship and a clear sunny sky with hot tropical island. At start I though you were going for the athmospheric old burly waters with a ship in the middle of nowhere cold wheather, storms approaching, the quiet before thunder, but this, sorry for me you blew it...its not bad its really good piece!!!But in mine opinion, you blew the brilliant start,it was looking so good and now a tropical island with cold dark burly waters... but thats just mine opinion.

You referenced other artistic interpretations of water to create your artistic interpretation of water?

It's a neat scene. Elk is dead on, though. The sea's, ship's and mountain's detail threshold is much greter than the sky's, to the point that the sky looks like a cell-shaded placeholder.

I suggest some edge blurring for the mountains against the sky. That edge is just way too sharp. It's hardly AA'ed at all.

Not so good, the Sky and the Sea don't fit together at all

your vectorized clouds and the detailed sea with that dithered rocks...makes completely no sense additionally

I love it, make it bigger and I use it as wallpaper

Lovely scene ! The repetition of the water pattern is kinda strange though.

The clouds look cheap, like flash vector, but it's really cool otherwise.

All in all this is pretty good. However each element has kind of it's own style. The water (which I think is VERY well done) looks very realistic, while the ship is a tad more cartoony. The clouds are semirealistic, but very stylished and the rocks has a dither that is present nowhere else in the pic. This makes the whole thing a bit fragmented.

Clouds are too bloby compared to water, but they look ok, better what I can make :D  Everything else is nice, but the ship's outline makes it stand out a lot.  Sky is a bit empty.  Add some clouds or birds maybe.  Looks very nice :)

 done a little edit, :)

it think this has a lot of potential and i like the fact that its kinda tiled ...the water is great and i also like the texture on the rock, but the edges are too sharp which makes it seem like its cut out ..... ive seen this in the forum, and kinda liked it better there ... i think there was more contrast ...  maybe darken the darkest blue a little, now it seems kinda misty..., overall it looks a bit  rushed to me, the boat could definitly need some more work, the thick outlines make it seem too cartoony and somewhat cute, which doesnt work with realism of the rest.. the clouds look very bloppy and static, more like snow.  also id put them above the horizon line a little (like 7 or 8 pixels),they are to "sharp" and detailed which makes the seem closer .... perspectivly,  the guy and the palm are way too big compared to the boat, also i think u forgot to aa the palm... the format  and composition could need some work aswell...maybe spent some more time with this and leave it in the forum for a while.... theres still much to say, but a picture speaks a thousand words...
