Agree with comments, that's not her face I think, nor her nose. But I'm being partial.

i like the first steps of the WIP better

anyway...cant see her too, ... the overall shape of her face doesnt rly match, the nose should be pointing more upwards... the hairs color also doesnt match too well... it should be  more on the brown side, also the hair looks too messy... neck could be shifted to the left  a few pixels.... not too font of the colors too... not ur usual quality : /

 I don't know, can't really see her. While her nose seems to be a bit big, its more of pointy in an upwards way instead of a 90 degrees angle if that makes any sense. And the hair... Donno. Looks weird. :/
