If you want to make it really apparant that it's a mouth, not a moustache(which was my impression at first glance) try using some of the shirt red to make it more obvious. Only a couple dots though, a bit will go a long way.

Yes, it's a fun little sprite. The hair-wobbling is used for good effect, and the nose is just cute.
