Only nineteen colours? Wow. Very nice!
The shadows seem to be going in different directions though...the buildings in the back and the characters' shadows aren't going the same way. I am wondering about the highlights on the lady's skin, too. I don't know how I would make them better, but the highlights seem to be on the wrong side.

Nitpick: the light on the lady's face is from top right, and top left on her skirt and cast shadow. There might have been a lamp post in the middle which would light both their faces.
Maybe it's a half-power I'm-really-mad-now speech, not an intro.
But this is extraordinary pixel art. I love it.
You might want to tone down your character's strength, she seems a tad OP, I mean, the intro isn't even over yet and the boss's HP is at 50%.
Now that the Game Design part of me is done pointing that out, let me just say, Nice clouds!

Great job with this! I do agree with Theoden though. It's just that the stones appear very round and many of them are even taller than the are wide. Surely, they should be looking very flat due to perspective? (i.e. wider than tall)
