I'm curious to know if there are any Mega Man rom hacks where the sprite was redone to look more like the US box art.  I've played one where he's redone to look like Mega Man from the cartoon Captain N The Game Master.  Anything's better than the horrible overly-'cute' Mega Man from Powered Up on PSP.  Barf...
