Some of it definitely looks like pixel, but the enormous color count casts doubt. That's like 321 colors. Somehow though it still doesn't looks smooth in places, even with the huge color count.

One thing I'd say for sure would be to remove the text at the bottom. It's not pixel for sure, so it kinda casts a bit of a shadow over your piece.

I'd like to see something you did more recently too :)
