This is great! Could use some refining touches, like you said(some other spots I notice are the back of the red neck, the too-sharp curve in the blue neck, and maybe have the fire cast light on sutff), but I know *I* would be satisfied with leaving it as it is. Just stuff to keep in mind for next time.

Something I really like is how distinct each element is on the heads, yet they still look unified. Blue looks a little less unique, but you can still see that it's definitely water-type(if you work more on it, maybe try to make it look wet/moist).
