I like the animation, but you've got a lot of wasted colors.A casual glance at the cat makes it look like it's all one color, and you either have to really squint or enlarge it to see the shading and outline. The solutions are either to actually make them just all one color(sorta silhouette style, that's how I'd do it since you already have nice smooth lines and it already looks nice that way) or you could up the contrast so the colors are all visible. I think a white, a dark grey, and just the pink/red would be all you need in the piece(add yellow if you really insist on having the eyes not be pink/red).

But it's definitely well pixelled and animated. The movement is smooth, and the lineart on the cat is excellent. Keep it up, hope to see more!
