A looong while back, I decided my YouTube channel needed a logo.  Having had the time and a notepad, I sketched out a couple of ideas before settling on one that I wanted to produce.  Initially created as an animation in Corel Painter X (not the ideal thing), I decided to re-create it in ASEPRITE to (a) reduce color count and blurriness and (b) make it run a bit more smoothly.  

Though this animation has been up on my dA page for quite some time now, I apparently forgot to post it over here when i first opened up shop.  So, after much delay, here it is.

(And for the record, yes, that is original size; the huge black space is intended to make it easier to mesh with video content at various resolutions, allowing me to crop/add space as needed.)
