I like it a lot! Some great color choices in there.
If you happen to be looking for some crits (don't worry about this if you're not - it's a good piece and you should be proud of it even with this stuff), the face looks almost pillow-shaded by comparison to the other sections that have large clusters rather than layers of highlight over highlight like in the face. The black outlines kinda divide the piece up a little bit. There's also some banding - a bit of an occupational hazard when you have that many colors (speaking of colors, you have some near-duplicates in there), but some of it can be removed. It's most notiecable in the shades of the hair and on the breast armor.
Regardless of whether you care about any of that, this is really good. Looking forward to seeing what you do next!
