Wow, this really reminds me of one of my own pieces, crazy similar!
Anyways, cool piece. I really like the way you rendered the cars. I kinda wish the building wasn't perfectly cropped into the picture. Looks kinda weird IMO.
Yeah I think one of my problems was working on the pieces individualy without having a palette ready. You're also totally right, I need to work on having everything looking consistent.

I like all the pieces individually, but it seems like there's a mismatch between the vegetation, the building, and the rest of the piece. The deep hue shifting and high detail on the trees, and the building's colors are a bit monotonous and lacking in detail compared to the rest of the piece. It all looks good on its own though, and it's not a realy serious problem, just something worth considering :)
