Shadow of the legs is too strong. 

That bent hand is too small or/and too thin according to the other one. But the gilr looks nice + the choice of colours

I like it! Something about the colors makes me think of Papers, Please.

So I'm providing something useful: The legs definitely are the weak link in the piece. They make sense, but they're stylistically different that the rest of the piece, which relies on edge highlights for most of its definition. Also, her right hand looks a bit wonky. I can't put my finger on what's wrong with it, but it caught my eye.

Despite those little things, this is very charming!
