Create a sprite of a monster made out of a dessert. For example the 'Loch Ness Cheese Cake' or 'Chocothulhu'. However, I'd prefer that you create your own kind of monster.
Also, please make sure you mention what kind of dessert your creature is made from. Have a look at this list for some ideas.
Note: The sprite must be of your own design. So, your personal interpretation of a monstrous icecream would be OK, but using the design of this Pokemon wouldn't be, as it's a dessert monster that already exists. Essentially, no directly copying someone else's design. "Flankenstein" would be fine, as Frankenstein's Monster was never made out of a flan.
Canvas Size - Max 75 x 75.
Colours - Max 25.
Transparency - Required.
Animation - Optional.

But I think this is not so good, because even if you make more than one good piece, if others do it too, the number of votes to your pieces probably will be less than if you submitted only one.
Would a Bantha from star wars count? I can understand if it doesnt

I'm actually quite happy about the size restriction, because with 75px I know it will (probably 
) take me hours rather than days to complete this. Including transparency won't be much of a problem.
Edit: btw, your excellent swamp people aren't much bigger than 75px when viewed individually! (The smaller ones at least.)
