Pixel Art Challenge: Pimp My Pixel

This is one of my first attempts at pixel art (circa 2001). As you can see, it's complete garbage.

Your task is to create your own version of the image - one that isn't garbage.

Canvas Size - Max 162 (width) x 142 (height).
Colours - Exactly 11.
Transparency - No.
Animation - No.

You can use the colours from the original if you want, but it's completely optional.

In fact, I'd probably recommend not using those colours...
