I noticed it first from the darker cloud at the bottom left which has been flipped and pasted then realised the same thing has been done with the rest. This isn't bad itself, but in the description he says he spent 8 hours on one piece and 10 on the other. Did it really take hours to flip some images while it took 10 to draw the entire other piece? Also, you say it's done on MS Paint.. The sky gradient is definitely not done on MS Paint, it looks like a gradient tool from a different program which makes me more suspicious. The animations you have for him so far are good, but i think in this one he needs to swing his arms up as he jumps. It's a pretty unatural action in real life to drop your arms to your side as you jump up, better to get momentum with your arms first.
