The design kind of reminds me of Strider Hiryu, slightly.

This looks really nice, and it looks like it could make a pretty fun game as well. The only criticism I have is that it feels like you've used different styles for different things, so they don't fit together as well as they could have (especially the buildings). It still looks really nice though.

I also agree with Victor, the arm movement is a bit strange, but overall the graphics are very nice. My highest score so far is 1137 (#17 on the hi-score table).

That's pretty nice. He really reminds me of Almaz from Disgaea 3.

Yeah, if it only had better sharpnes it could actually be a useful weapon. I still use it every now and then just because it looks awesome ;)

I recognized the style immediately by looking at the preview. I agree with EdJr though, you could do so much more with 192 colors, or you could have just used less colors. It's a very nice piece though, good job.

Edit: It seems you only used 189 colors, unless I am missing something (checked with graphics gale). Not that it makes any real difference though :p

I love the SMT series very much too, and I think the Digital Devil Saga games are really good (otherwise I wouldn't have made this image). I personally like the Persona games the most though, as you may have guessed by looking at my avatar.

Haha, the thing on his cheek is a kind of emblem :p but I guess you're right and I'll see if I can make it look a bit better. I don't normally trace, but I wanted to try it out, and it turned out pretty well so I thought I'd submit it. I don't really plan on tracing in the future though, it almost feels like it's not really your own work.

Edit: Ok, I made some minor changes to the face, and I think the emblem looks better now. It's pretty hard to keep the shape since it's so small, but at least it doesn't stick out as much now.

Yeah, it's a pretty big sword =) (probably the biggest in Monster Hunter Freedom Unite). I think I made the handle a bit too big though, it's actually pretty small in the game, but the rest of the sword has the right proportions I think.

I'll probably make some minor adjustments to the handle.

Thanks, but I didn't exactly come up with the design of the sword myself (like it says in the description). It's definitely one of my favorite weapons from the Monster Hunter games though.
