Looks really great, but it kinda reminds me of the cars you can find in the Habbo Hotel. The details look entirely different but the look in general is pretty similar.

 You simply removed the whole bottom of the trunk and now call it floating because you figured out this was the easiest way to make it fit the rules. Too bad. I think it would've looked a lot better if you let the whole tree come up including all its roots and maybe some earth between them. 

I must confess I have no idea what you did on the right side. Are those supposed to be mushrooms? And if they really are, why did you put them sort of into the cloud or where it would continue? Doesn't make any sense to me.

 Well, to me it looks like the glasses don't just point into one direction but away from eachother ... if it was actually meant to be different you're absolutely right, yeah. But I dunno, only Gas can tell. :P

 The lightreflections are exactly the wrong way. When he turns his head right the left glass needs to be coloured lighter, when he turns left it needs to be the right one. At the moment this shows 2 lightsources while the rest shows only one (except from the blue light coming from the background). Anyway I truely love this piece. Great work! (:

There's only one thing I could image that would make it look even better - if the head turns around the light source normally stays at its place so the reflections move. At the moment they're pretty much stuck to the fronthead. 

But on the other hand that would take away a lot from its simplicity ... anyway, well done!

 Really nice idea but to me the shading looks a bit odd because you just mirrored the pincers and didn't change anything about the light reflection or the shading. The bachground could be improved a little as well, the mountains' shapes look too soft. But again - I truely like the idea. (:

 Why not? Because you don't learn shading such things that way any time. I guess Jeremy did this to explain to you how to shade it and not to use it and not tell anyone in other forums about it. I know you mentioned you got some help but first of all it's not just "a little" compared to the whole C+P you used here and second he helped you on the main part, the one you look at first. So you get all the compliments for it though it's not even your own work. How rude is that? And what do you mean saying you don't like the mountains and thank Jeremy for that? I don't this is the right place for sarcasm.

Come on. You don't even know how the size of objects changes when you get closer or further away but want to make us believe you did this? Yeah but if you look through or rather over the palms you will see them bigger because they're nearer. On the right side you got some strange looking sharp objects - what are those supposed to be?

Lovely. I don't really like the visor though. The light source seems to be different there. And I'd probably make the change from light ground to dark smoother.  But the rest is great.

 Incredible what you did with that palette. Got my vote.
