Veeeery nice for a first piece. It may be a style choice, but I'd have done his left arm (right side of the picture) reversed so the slant was on the back. Just a thought. :)

The shading on the metal is niiice.

I'm certainly no master at hands, but I'd recommend going big joints to get old and wizened, assuming you haven't already tried that. Other than that, I love the shading. Very impressive.

I've always had trouble with male's hair. :P This is quite impressive, and I like the palette.

"Messing around" and comes out with this. Very nice! I've always liked half-capes and... swords that hang behind the back. Not sure what to call those. I really like the piece, though. :)

I agree with Harvey. Even without the assassins, I'd still look at Desmond and think Desmond. Impressive. :)

The highlights are great! Eyes have always confounded me.  :P

I love the style! Has a sort of... WindWaker feel to it. :)

First try on animation? It's incredible! The anatomy is stylized, not wrong. 

I don't know what it is, but I get a "Broken Age" type vibe here.

I don't know if "stiffness" is the right word in my opinion. I'd go with precision.

Looks great, and I like the palette. I'd recommend trying something with the top of Door 14. something to imply depth. the sign with the 14 looks like it doesn't quite match the rest of the door.

Funnily enough, the most recent version on my computer has the shadow between her jacket and her shirt. I just uploaded before I added it. 

I struggle with faces so much. :P Decided to keep it simple for now and work on the face later. Go simple now instead of awkward and creepy. It'll be adjusted accordingly when I suck less and I'll throw in a background or more characters later. :)

Her chin was the target of a fair amount of reshaping, in the end, this is what I went with. She either looked skeletal or fat. Not sure how to fight that... Maybe it's the angle of the head? Maybe it needs actual shading... I dunno.

Also, right side of the picture or her right side?
