Well that just looks fantastic. The way those hoses sway back and forth really puts the level of quality over the top. It's like if Metal Slug were designed by Pixar, except with pixel art. Whatever. Awesome job though.

I'm with you. There's not much asian music (aside from soundtracks) that I like. Most stuff with vocals is hard for me to enjoy because I can't understand a damn thing. I occasionally hear some stuff by Dir en Grey that is decent. I can't name any specific songs though.

One time I came across the japanese band Melt Banana on Youtube. Their stuff is really bizarre.

It kinda sounded like soundthing I could get into at first, until I heard the vocals. It just ruined the song for me. The guy sounds like a chipmunk.

I absolutely love the composition of this piece. I think it could have looked even better though if you had spent a little more time refining it, and used a bit more dithering in the cave or possibly another color. Still looks great though!

No problem. It's not that the flashing effect isn't allowed, It's just the way you brightened the pixels to achieve it. Most people around here would expect you to either use colors from your existing palette or add a couple more colors instead of just brightening them. It's kind of strict, but that's just the way it is. Personally I though the effect was fine the way it was. Anyway, your pixel art is looking pretty great so far. Keep it up!

I remember seeing the WIP of this over at Pixelation. Good to finally see it here. It turned out great! I really like the subtle background and the armor dude you added. I'd definitely shop there.

This will probably get accepted when you fix the flashing effect. I'm pretty sure it's considered NPA. This looks pretty nice otherwise though. I like your characters.

This is so great. I don't really have much constructive criticism, as it seems pretty much perfect the way it is. The body looks a tad lumpy in the middle though. I think it could be streamlined a bit.

The teeth look a little too flat I think. Maybe they could benefit from a bit more shadow. And the hairy roots at the bottom could use some work. Really fuckin' great design though. I want this in my garden.
