I agree with the legs

Lots of tweaks has been done on this piece and especially the legs have been redrawn over and over again. Maybe sometime I will fix it but for now i leave it as it is.  

And thank you very much for posting the old one!

Big fan of Maeda Kotaro and i love this! 

 In my IMO you could have increased the saturation a little bit more, but I guess it works that way too.

 I think the AA on this piece is a bit over the top, looks like they have some kind of aura. The light source is a bit hard to track too, they kind of have there own flashlights they cast  underneath them. You could try to add more texture on the armor, cloths and stone pillars to make it look more ancient old style. Picture looks a bit flat too with stone pillars in the background.

As for that I like the guys facial expressions, they look really intimidating. Shadowing the eyes makes it really cool. The body language is great too, they are like "One step more and we gonna beat you" kind of feel. 

Is great that you want to do more AA-ing like the other 2 pieces you did earlier. I myself hate AA-ing (typical anime style as they drop it  and only do the line work or is just me?)  

Anyway just make sure the AA-ing is invisible and not too visible.

The sprite needs a light source, some AA  and the lines could use some refinement. The skirt lines follows great but the rest (stokkings) could use a bit work.

Spent a bit more time on those minor changes and it would be a great piece. 

Though i like the colors and style.

only complain is what is that behind her head? It has the same skin color ,ears? Any than that its a great sprite good job.

I like your style alot.

Simple, yet beautifull and great colors too. You could put more detail on there attack movements and how they cast there spells.  

Maybe add some power ups too :3 

as for the game idea. side scrolling MMORPG action is great. You can come up with alot of hero designs too.

 I wanted to make my style a bit more realistic with the dithering but i can now see anime style should be more simple.

I should start small too as I lost my view over it.  

and the black lines arent that cool either I will change the color for something more that fits the skin color.
