I'm quite well aware of that; it's partially a stylistic choice.

Also, you don't provide any examples, so your critique is a very vague one.

Thank you very much!

Ooh thanks. Yeah I'm on a laptop so I end up tilting the screen back or forward and stuff gets wonky, haha.

I'm hella accustomed to painting and blending and all that jazz (and my palettes usually contrast even less! That's actually kind of a general problem), but I like the control involved in pixelling. I started falling back on my old ways a bit, there, though, so I'm gonna try to rework the third one. Every time I look at the first one I cringe a little bit more, so I won't touch that one unless it's to completely redo it.

Also, the colors on my screen are weird.

Yeah, I do pixel while zoomed in. (Whoops)

Once I get my tablet back (or even a mouse), I won't feel the need to as much, though.

Thanks for the tip.

Thank you. I'm not overthinking shading as much; I'm still trying to figure out how to make the background transparent without screwing up the pixels, as I was trying to do that before I submitted it. ^^; I've done it before in programs other than Aseprite, but something keeps going wrong. Ah, well. I'll get the hang of it.
