He is officially called a Fat/Santa [Shy] Guy, was in "Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island", and made his appearence only on level 2-7 : Lakitu's Wall. He came in two colors, green and red, and you could make gargantuan eggs out of them. Fattyboy did make quite a few original sprites of the overweight enemy, however. This character, Transformer Guy, hasn't been in any game, official or not, that I know of (yet).
