I first started pixel art sometime in 2002 (I think). Started out just making RPG Maker character sprites when I was still into that stuff. It took me a while to start making my own, more complicated stuff from scratch. I've only recently become more comfortable with the process, though I still have no clue how to animate sprites effectively.

I'm primarily more of a pencil-and-digital-colour kind of person; I never did pixel art consistently over the years. It was usually just something I did now and then for fun. As such, I wouldn't consider myself that experienced or anything. But I'm starting to have more interest in doing it, so I decided to join up here and see how things go.
