I discovered my fascination for pixel art in August 2013. (I'm writing like this because it is unlikely that I'll be updating this part.) Inspired by the magnificent gallery, I immediately went to work. I submitted my two, very first pieces of art, a 20x20 scene titled "Lady in Red with Rose" and a self-portrait aptly named "Self-portrait in 1,6k Pixels, as it was a 40x40 piece. I spent my formative years as a child travelling around with my parents. Having lived five years in Finland and a further three in Denmark, I got a chance to experience a few cultures in depth. My first piece of hardware was a Commodore 64 and a Spectrum 64 that used casettes. I'm in to all sorts of music. I live happily with my grirlfriend of (at the time of writing) 5 years and we have two pet rats. (If you are reading this after the second half of 2014, then most likely the rats are sadly no more.) I write humorous fiction and wish to have it published one day. Aside from that, I support SAP.
