Looks like you really put alot of effort into it, the fire looks good
I can detect some things that could make it better , some of the shades doesn't make sence like the top of his head, ears, tail
you used dithering alot, but maybe instead try to dither with specific shapes instead of alot of dots,
There's somthing with those colors that doesn't work for me, try using some hue shifting, its great! :)
