If my culture is up to date, Godzilla is born from the fright caused by nuclear disasters in Japan, so it counts as horror, right? He breathes radiactive flames, destroys cities... he does save Japan once, but hey. Using my homebrew palette in development, so I'll say it uses 16 colors.
