more on the lineart, i just remembered at the time i drew the lineart i was very inspired by wadanohara and the great blue sea, a neat little rpg by deap-sea prisoner, hence the anchor belt thing and stars. i guess i could've incorporated those a lot better than i did, but i'm still pretty darn satisfied with how this piece turned out.

@mac n cheese, i don't remember it being anything in particular when i made the lineart, which was almost years ago. i just went with it when i decided to color it a lot later after that, just to make it look more interesting, and i also wanted to practice some aa. i guess the dark streak could just be some magic portal baloney. sorry for the confusion!
