Hi, and welcome to Pixel Joint! Regarding this piece, it has a very high color count, one can tell is the skyline, and the border of the mountains. Although it is not a general rule having low color counts, it is frowned upon when a simple piece has too many colours, because pixel art should have pixel-level control of the piece. Having too much colors means that drawing tools that blur or mix colors might have been used, automatic tools in other words. I could go on and on about this, but right here is all that resumed and explained in a very simple-to-understand way. I encourage you to clean this up, and give it another go! The animation on the scarf is pretty cool
Hey man! This is only my second piece, so I'm still getting used to everything. Thanks a ton for the feedback!
