This looks great.  I always hated his Alpha sprite particularly the face.  This looks way better.

That is my favourite Blanka pallete hehehe (and trust me, it's a big deal for us brazilians). I always loved capcom inspired sel-outs. I should study some too!

Blanka's Street Fighter II sprite always bothered me because it seemed over-exposed, so I re-imagined it, drawing inspiration from his Street Fighter Alpha 3/Street Fighter IV designs, as well as from various artworks.
I made a background to make him fit back into context, done to ressemble closely his SFII stage.
I used Blanka's original palette, and the background uses the stage's original colours.
