You have some jittering pixels around the crotch between the two darker blue colours. Overall, I don't think you even need two darker blues. The darkest is so similar to the mid blue that you could safely get rid of it without losing any clarity. Or, if you want an outline look, you could darken the darkest blue (and fix the jittering).
The outline of upper part of the arm and the folds on the shirt staying in one place as the character moves looks strange. They should move with the character, perhaps with a slight delay since they're not glued to the character and have inertia of their own.
You don't need to pre-zoom art you upload to PJ, since PJ has a zoom feature (those - and + buttons below the image). If your whole artwork fits into the preview/small image, that's all you need to upload.
thank you, I definetly agree with the arm fold thing, something was off about it but I couldnt put my finger on it :) and I'll keep the zoom in mind
