Good job! But the eyes seemed centered wrong. Play around with it till it looks evened out!

Too many black lines.  Round the nose, add some AA, and remove those lines and you'll have something.

It's...ok, BUT, the nose is a little to square, and work on the Anti-Aliasing.
Otherwise, 6/10 :D
