There's a little issue about the dwarf. The eyes don't read as old as the rest of the character. Older people tend to have smaller, more wrinkly eyes, but his are wide open, making him look weird, since he has forehead wrinkles. Other than that, these are cool

They look to all be on the same base with small edits is i'd suspect why.

All the characters facial features look very similar, especially the jaw, nose and mouth. It kinda makes them all look like the same person but with diffrent hair/clothing (except the dwarf). Really nice work on the hair and clothing though
