A great piece, as others already commented. Superb AA, and nice consistent lighting. Though my first nitpick is is about lighting: i miss some interaction between the mask and the hood where they meet at the top. I'm not really sure if the hood is over the mask or the other way.

The other is a small thing, but I cannot unsee the banding on the top left where the hood meets the mask.

Oh wow, I really dig your style! Quite atypical for pixel art. However, something fresh and new is always cool in my book. .

One tiny nitpick though. Slighty to the right there is a single bright grey pixel on the top of her head. Looks a bit our of place.
