ah, i see now, at firs i thought they were like popeye style arms

haha i think I need to go back and redo this piece.. They are supposed to be my hands pushed up against a glass window.

Thanks eishiya, I went back and tried to clean it up a bit. After uploading I still noticed I missed a pixel on the cheek, ergh. I will have tackle that and see what else I can do to improve on it.

I think the overall colour use is fine, but you do have some colours that are used for 1-2px each that are indistinguishable from their neighbours, might be worth cleaning up.
