Ooh.. I like the way this was designed! Might take that approach for isometric building layouts from now on. Projection, basically.
Oh I didn't hav noticed the french colors xD. About the outline, It's a grid that some windows have on them, not exacly a outline
I'm very satisfied about the french colors on the shirts. But may i ask why some details have black outlines (the blinds) and the rest don't?

Great work! Especially love shading and texture. 
One suggestion though... The front wall and the part of the roof with ceramic blocks. I think slightily darker colours would look better on that wall (or maybe just shadow from the roof).
