This girl is cute and fancy. But OMG why did you use that solid black outline all over her?!
It is so not good. Why don't you try to use deep dark green on the cloth, bright yellow on the hair and cold blue-grey on the hat? Just like you did inside the silouette.

I guess its a little habit of mine ha ha, like a safe zone for me. Ill try to experiment more with colors next time :>.
