I really love the combination of harsh rocks against a moody sea in 1-bit graphics. I think you did a good job with conveying the harshness of the rocks, the foggy horizon (with the dotted lines) and the way the sky gets darker the higher you up look. Also the dithering on the waves really adds gives the wave the foamy texture one would expect. Also thank you for specifying the location, I think England and the atmospheres of each county work really well with the 1-bit color scheme. This is so atmospheric, I would genuinely like to just spend an afternoon in this piece.
