Maybe an alligator or salamander or something? I might edit the frog sprite to have the same palette too, I like this palette better I think.
I believed it was some sort of series after checking this other piece of yours because animals + similar palette (even thought it was the same exact palette but only later realized they're different). Anyway, I guess if you upload a third animal in the same format/palette then it may be a series after all :)

I love your style, Pixelcod. Your palettes are so good and you use them so nicely. I've been playing with your "Ghost" palette. Hopefully the piece will be done within the month. So busy!

I actually made another layer for shading with the blue colour but scrapped it in the end because it looked like the snake was coated in blue paint... any ideas of what I could have used it for?
I think you could have used the blue a little bit more creatively than just AA and some outlining, also I agree it does look a bit short.. Other than that I quite like the style of the whole thing.
Yes, I think this palette works better. Salamander sounds good and yeah I would totally also retry the frog using this one
