The shape of your highlights is a little weird. I think it works on the legs for the most part, and his right arm (the one with the fan) looks downright good. But around his torso area it just seems a little off to me. Maybe because it doesn't make sense for blue to be metallic? I don't know. His left arm especially is strange. It would help there to highlight the hand and perhaps extend the fingers. More use of a highlight in the yellow areas would help. AA would improve his eyes (you could use a colour you already have, probably) and might help in the yellow areas.

Pretty cool overall.
