The lightest shadow colour on the wool is barely visible without zooming in because it's so similar to the main colour of the wool. I recommend making it a little darker, or perhaps even replacing it with the next shadow colour.
The smaller the sprite (or rather, the areas of the colours), the more contrast you need for the colours to be distinguishable from another.
