Might want to move the lightsource slightly so it isn't just mirrored down the center.

Wow just 8 colors for this nice light composition - impressive. Light + facial expression = well done. But why didnt you center it?

I recognize your style as soon as I see it. I agree with ryumaru, the forehead shading could be better.

damn dude, is all you do is pixel?youve got like 5 pages to your gallery

i would lose the line shading on the forehead and switch it out for dithering.
