I mean a pixel brush as any tool that can place pixels with a mouse click on the canvas. A 1px pencil which most people would use to make pixel art is also a brush in that sense. There is nothing wrong with that tool, it's how you apply it that can make it pixel art or not...

Sorry, this work is too rough for the gallery! I don't know what your definition of oekaki is but in this community we tend to use that name for rough work made with pixel brushes, like this.

No need to get all defensive like that, a style choice might disqualify it for the gallery but does not say anything about the quality of the artwork! Also, I am happy that community members help out in sorting out which works fit for the gallery, even if they might get it wrong from time to time (which I do not believe is the case here). It would be helpful if you respond a bit friendlier next time.'
